Do you accept international delivery?
Currently, we only ship our teas within Australia.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Yes, we ship our teas to addresses within Australia and P.O. Boxes
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on what shipping service you selected and your delivery address, timeframes might differ.
Shipping Rates and Delivery timeframes

Free Express Delivery (available on all orders above AUD$60)
- Delivery estimate: 4 - 8 days
- Free (for orders above AUD$60)
Flat-rate Express Delivery (with tracking)
- Delivery estimate: 1-4 business days
Standard Delivery (with tracking)
- Delivery estimate: 2-8 business days
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur and may fall outside the estimated delivery window as per Australia post policy, particularly within busy periods (e.g. Christmas and New Years).
**Once you've processed your order, it is no longer possible to change your delivery address.
How would I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your orders have been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using your tracking number which you will find in your order confirmation email.
What if I don't receive a tracking number?
Our orders are shipped within 1-2 days from time of purchase, our order tracking system will notify you via email each time your product is scanned through the postage system. Alternatively, get in touch with us via email@example.com and we'll confirm your order and tracking number.
