Where It Began
My family grew up on tea, masala chai to be specific; chai drinking is a daily ritual for us. We’d wake up smelling the sweet and spicy aroma of chai every morning. And in the evening as we would sip our chai silently, chai-time became synonymous with ‘me-time’, a time to slow down and appreciate the moment. With the uncertainty of the world pandemic, we wanted to curate vegan friendly and organic tea blends that relieve you of your stress and anxiety and support your mental and physical wellbeing.

What if I need to make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed, we don't accept order changes, or changes to delivery address. However, if your order has been placed in the last 4 hours, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate for the changes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order.
What happens if my order has arrived damaged?
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a picture and email us at help@cuppatealove.com so we can arrange returns and replacement or refund.
