Directions

Wellness Tea tonic

Infuse a heaped teaspoon in freshly boiled water (250 ml). Let steep for at least 5 minutes.

Indian Chais

This chai blend can be drunk with or without milk. If drunk without milk, freshly boiled water (250 ml). Let steep for at least 5 minutes. You can add honey to sweeten.

Chai made the traditional way; brewed over the stove. Add one teaspoon of chai blend, 125ml of water and bring to boil. Add 125 ml of milk and bring to a boil. Turn off the stove once the chai starts to bubble. Use a strainer to strain into a teacup. Add sugar or honey.

In a rush, infuse a teaspoon into half a cup of boiled water, add hot milk and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Add sugar or honey.
