Q: Are your teas Organic?
A: Majority of our teas and ingredients are organic. Where possible we always look to include organic. We note this in the ingredients section against each tea blend. We ethically source our teas from all over the world to ensure only the best goes into each cuppa.
Q: What are the benefits of your teas?
A: Each tea blend has been carefully formulated to target a specific health need. We highlight this clearly in each description to help you find the right tea blend for you. A few or our tea blends focus on mind-body wellness, to uplift and reinvigorate, reduce stress and anxiety and improve your immunity. Our chai blends are great to reduce bloat, promotes better digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties. Our complexion tea, has ingredients blended to promote better skin health to give you that glow which some of us may have lost during lockdown.
Q: What is the shelf life of your teas and chais?
A: Our teas are best drunk within the first six months, however, storing it in an airtight container or zip lock bag and placed in a cool dry place will extend the shelf life.
Q: Do your teas contain allergens?
A: All allergens are clearly highlighted within the tea ingredients and also on the packaging.
Q: Do your teas contain any additives, artificial colors, flavours ?
A: Absolutely Not! There are no additives, preservatives or artificial colours or flavours in our teas.
Q: Are your teas vegan friendly?
A: Yes, they are!
Q: Are your teas Gluten Free?
A: Yes, all our teas are gluten free.
Q: How would I know if I have successfully placed my order?
A: You will receive an order confirmation email once you've placed an order. Please check your junk/spam mailbox if it doesn't appear in your inbox. Don't forget to add us to your safe senders list so you don't miss any other important emails about your order! If you haven't received an email, please contact us.
Q: What if I need to make changes to my order?
A: Once an order has been placed, we don't accept order changes, or changes to delivery address. However, if your order was placed in the last 4 hours, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order.
Q: What happens if my order has arrived damaged?
A: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a picture and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange returns and replacement or refund.
